A Section Unearthing the Essence of MetaBolism Management
"Soil" is a section that delves into my personal journey and experiences as a manager at MetaBolism. It is divided into two key subsections: M&M (Management and Motivation) and R&C (Role & Contribution), which align with LO1 and LO2, respectively.
The name "Soil" is chosen for its profound symbolism, which mirrors the core values and essence of MetaBolism:
Soil as a Nurturing Foundation: Soil provides essential nutrients and sustenance that enable flowers to thrive and bloom. Similarly, MetaBolism serves as a nurturing home for each of our team members, fostering an environment of growth, warmth, and support.
Soil as a Testament to Resilience: While soil may often be perceived as dirty, it is, in fact, a clean and vital substance that simply appears unclean on the surface. This duality is reflective of the experiences and challenges we face in our lives. Despite the setbacks and obstacles we encounter, we, like flowers, are destined to emerge from the soil, shining brightly and flourishing in both our personal and professional lives.
In the "Soil" section, I will explore the significance and contribution of me as a creative director in the context of MetaBolism. Explore my experiences managing the team, the setbacks I faced, and the highlights and challenges we encountered along the way.
